Inspection Report06/21/2019Complaint13A.16.05.11ADirector confirmed that the center has been having a problem with mice for the past two months. The shopping center also has a mouse problem. The last time they saw a mouse was on June 13th. She states that have seen one during naptime when the center was quiet and they can see the mice droppings in the mornings or after a weekend. Director states they have been routinely cleaning and sanitizing. The have a contract with Terminex to set/remove sticky traps. They also have put in a work order with KinderCare to repair the hole in the Mop room wall that is connected to the rest of the shopping center and the electrical room door which leads to the alley outside.
